I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
All payment must be done via Paypal in USD.
All payments will be done via Invoice sent by me.
Refunds will only be offered if your commission has not been started yet.
If I have to cancel the commission for any reason, I will send you a partial refund reflecting the work I have completed.
If I do not hear back from a client when a response is required after five (5) business days I will forfeit the piece. All funds paid thus far are nonrefundable.
Any requested changes to your piece made after approval has been made shall constitute additional charges or fees as deemed necessary by me.
I reserve the right to use your commissioned piece for advertising/sale/use.
These prices are for personal, non-commercial use only. For example, you may use the design for personal games and printing for personal decor, but not for an item you plan on selling.

By commissioning me you consent that using my work for NFT or Crypto purposes is expressly forbidden.
My work is not to be used for AI training or AI art in any capacity.
Please note the time frames I give are only estimates and may vary shorter or longer depending on my workload and life situation. I will keep you apprised if the estimate I give becomes inaccurate.By commissioning me you consent to these terms.
